British Sprint Age Class Championships

Saturday 4th April

Fast modern campus with extensive grounds and woodland. The competition format is 2 phases: Race 1 and Race 2. The British Sprint Champion in each class is determined by the combined time from both races (NB this is new rule for 2009).

Entries are now closed. Start lists for the first race are available from the link of the left.

Parents of children under the age of 18 who are competing must download the Consent Form from the link on the left and either bring it to the event or e-mail it, signed, to the organiser in advance.

Courses

Championship courses for all age classes except M/W21. A Non-championship course offered for M/W21.

Costs

  • Seniors £7.50
  • Juniors £4.50

SportIdent punching will be used, cards available to hire FOC.

Starts for Race 1 from 1100, Championship prize giving expected about 1630

Local Knowledge

BOF guidelines state that "competitors shall declare themselves noncompetitive if their acquaintance with the terrain would give them substantial advantage over other competitors. Nothing that occurred more than 24 months before the date of the event shall be taken into account."
