Emergency Phone Number
FVO has a dedicated phone number that can be redirected to the event organiser's phone number so that competitors, or members of the public, can get in touch without the organiser having to distribute their personal number.

This is the number you can add to the map for your event, or otherwise distribute, so that people can get in touch with you in case of an emergency on the day of the event itself.
Requesting a redirect
If you want to use the FVO emergency number for your event then you will need to request a redirect using this Google Form to supply your name, number and the date of your event. All being well, at 6am on the day you specify the redirect will be activated, and at 6am the following day it will be deactivated. You can check it has been setup by calling the number from another phone - contact web@fvo.org.uk if you have any problems.
