James has a quick turnaround, as, five days after returning from Poland, he's back on the road again, with the venue the Junior World Championships in Czechia, where he's named to the U20 team.
The main focus of attention for the senior athletes though is the World Championships in July, which will be held in Edinburgh, and the first of the trial races will be this weekend at Sprint Scotland in Fife.
