Lizzie is British Champion
There were some great results from the small group of FVO runners who headed down to the Surrey Hills for the British Long and Relay Championships this weekend.
Top result was for Lizzie Stansfield who won her 3.3km W12 course in a time of 30.41 to give a 1.5 minute lead.
There were other great podium finishes for Daniel Stansfield, Roger Goddard and Jon Cross in their respective classes.
