Double Ton for FVO
FVO established a significant landmark as a club this week, as the local event at Plean was the 200th event that we have delivered since 2015.
President's Report 2020 - A year of several halves
Well, it's been an 'interesting' year to become president, but Forth Valley Orienteers shone through as an outstanding club yet again.
All change at the top table
Jon Cross was today elected unopposed as the 20th President of Forth Valley Orienteers at the club's Annual General Meeting, which took place electronically for the first time. (AGM Minutes now available in the "Club Admin" section of the site).

Breaking news today that the club has been awarded £600 by Dunblane Development Trust, from the funds generated by the Braes of Doune Windfarm.
Compass Sport Cup 2022 - quarantine area
Forth Valley Orienteers will be hosting the final of the 2022 Compass Sport Cup, at Tulliallan and Devilla, in Fife.
Back to the Forest at last
Forth Valley Orienteers has been leading the way out of lockdown and back into competitive orienteering, with three events in August amongst the first to take place in the UK.
FVO Taps Hydro Funds for Community Benefits
Some amazing news breaking today that the club has received a four figure grant from the Callander Community Development Trust, via their Hydro Fund, to help promote the sport in the Callander and Kilmahog areas.
Another welcome community grant
We are delighted to announce that FVO has been awarded £185 by the Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface "Reset, Restart, Reopening COVID-19 Fund".
New map on the way
Fantastic news today that the club has been awarded £500 by the CSFLA lottery fund to help pay for a new sprint map of Bridge of Allan.
Virtual Orienteering Competitions
Whilst we're slowly making our way out of Covid-19 Lockdown, the club has initiated a programme of VOCs to help us venture back into the forests.
