FVO Success on the LAMM

FVO wins the Women's UK Relay League
After some close racing at the British Championships Relay at the Cragg Estate, Forth Valley's ladies squad was crowned 2014 UK Relay League Champions. This was a fantastic result and the first time the club has ever won this prestigious competition.
Gristwood is King of the Forest
Forth Valley's British number one Graham Gristwood completed his set of major British orienteering titles at the British long distance championships in Northumberland at the weekend.
FVO Flies to Scottish Championships Success
FVO saw more success at the Scottish Championships which took place at Dalnamein in Highland Perthshire on 24 May.
Bumper Crop for Forth Valley at Harvester Competition
Forth Valley Orienteers continued their excellent form this season and combined to reap a bumper crop of trophies at the Harvester overnight relay race, which took place in the scenic Surrey Hills over the weekend of 17/18 May.
Great Results for Forth Valley Orienteers at Glasgow City Race
Forth Valley Orienteers put in some top performances at last weekend’s Glasgow City Orienteering Race. The race was part of the Scottish Orienteering Urban League as well as a round of the prestigious UK-wide Nopesport Urban League. Eleven Forth Valley runners finished in podium positions.
FVO Success at JK Relay
The excellent JK 2014 weekend finished with some intense relay competitions at the complex Pwll Dw area near the Brecon Beacons in south Wales.
Stansfield and Goddard win at JK 2014
There were excellent results for Forth Valley Orienteers over the challenging Welsh terrain at this year's prestigious Jan Kjellstrom orienteering festival.
Stansfield and Molloy Victorious at JK Sprint
The JK Sprint competition took place in the sunshine on Easter Friday at Swansea University, with over 2000 competitors from all over the UK and beyond taking part.
FVO Qualify for National Club Competition Final
Forth Valley Orienteers qualified comfortably for the CompassSport Trophy final, the UK club competition for "small" orienteering clubs, at the Scottish heat which took place today at South Achray forest, Aberfoyle.
First Championship Titles of 2014
Forth Valley orienteers started the year well at the first Championship event of 2014 - the Scottish Sprints at North Muirton, Perth. Class winners were:
