Event Safety Training
BOF is moving to a more formal system re event organisation. By the end of 2011, all organisers of events at level C and above (ie. all except local events) will be required to have attended the training.

And to finish off with the JK relays, for FVO the critical age seems to be 40 - with either the teams' ages to average over 40, or to be in total under 40 .....
British Middle Distance Championships
Another race and another 2nd place in the M40, but this time for Jason Inman. Jon was 4th today.

Sue Harvey appointed IWGA Honorary Member
On the occasion of the International World Games Association (IWGA) Annual General Meeting at the 2011 SportAccord in London, the President of IWGA, Ron Froehlich, appointed the IOF Honorary President Sue Harvey IWGA Honorary Member.
Alloa Half Marathon
